No buildings under Accommodation

Just bought it today for $7.50, and started playing i realized that there are no choices for living dwelling for me. When i right click it may say build apartments than I do. But if I click on the Accommodation tab its just a blank slate. Does anyone know whats wrong? I know if i cant get something in other tabs the game just has a red slash through it. And I don't see how the Accommodation tab is different. but its just blank anyone else with this issue? And im still on the first mission of the campaign don't know if that's the reason or not. Thanks

p.s. Don't mind this post was a little buzzed and realized its not available under the first campaign my bad. Remember dont drink and post.. My bad lol
