Windows Security popup when running demo.

I downloaded the demo of this an hour or two ago, when I ran it a Windows Security popup, and asked me if I wanted to allow Steam to run something, I can't remember exactly what, but it had something to do with "winslave" in parathesis

. I couldn't get a screenshot, but I don't like the sound of it, what does it mean?
