tropico 3 steam news not updating

The news for Tropico 3 is not updating there was an update today on steam it says the latest news is:

Weekend Deals: $2 Freedom Force Pack, $2 X-COM Complete, and Tropico 3 66% off! (29 Jan 2010)

Anyone got any ideas or have the same problem?

Yeah I came here to find patch notes too but there isn't anything yet.

This not having patch notes when steam downloads a patch is the only thing i hate about steam, notes should be up either just before or right when the patch goes up. Not several hours later or at all, i have seen several games that update but no patch notes at all.

Nothing here on the forums or on the official tropico 3 forums about a patch so probably steam redownloading files for no apparent reason.

As stated previously, Steam is running the latest version of Tropico 3 (1.13), but never posted the changelog.

If you follow the publisher's forum, you will notice that a new update is already in the works.

I know it works but I was jsut pointing it out because I like to know what is in the updates
