problem with updating steam demo

hey all so i downloaded the demo of iron grip: warlord. and than i bought a registration key from the games website and registered the game. but know with the new patch with new levels i want to update the game, but when i downloaded the patch it says there is no game files installed. is there anyway to make the patch recognize the demo on steam. also when i looked for the files they were no where to be found are they hidden somewhere on my comp or on a server or something??

As steam user you don't have to worry about patching the game, steam should do that for you. The version you got is the latest anyway, we haven't released an update since Warlord was launched on steam.

Patches on the isotx website are for non-steam clients, who lack the automagical game updates.

The game files are located in your steam directory under SteamApps\common\iron grip warlord
