Steam store down?

I was playing Star Trek online, logged out and went to look at the store now I get an error 118 every time I try to look at it. Community pages and library work. I've restarted the pc and router, are they just doing maintenance?

Same error (-118) as of this morning. Cant connect to anything, just have to wait I guess.

I'm sure Valve will either fix it soon or post an ETA of when it should be fixed.
