Steam Causing Extremely Long Log Out Times.

Okay so I don't want to sound like a jerk here. I've been using Steam since January 7, 2004 and it's a great service. Here it goes. Since I've been using Steam, I usually log out of it and then I try to log out of my iMac's account. Before Steam, it took about four seconds to log out. Now it takes five minutes to log out. I recently logged out my computer today and I came back four hours later and it was still logging out. It froze and I had to force shut down and turn it back on. I really don't mean this in a mean way but I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem.

Quit Steam before logging out.

For some reason, Steam likes to hang when quitting, and OS X will wait for it. Force Quitting Steam will have no major impact, and the logout procedure will continue.
