Sonic 3D Blast pricing?
Every other game is priced at $2.99, why is Sonic 3D Blast priced at $4.99?
If I recall correctly, the publisher prices the game accordingly, but it seems weird that Sonic 3D Blast is $5 while the rest are only $3. |

I was wondering this as well. I sure hope they don't overprice the other Sonic games in the same way.

Indeed. Maybe they just think Sonic 3D will be the most popular and that people will buy it anyway... therefore raise the price!
Or, for those in UK, double the price! (£3.99 for Sonic, £1.99 for everything else) |

Sega likes to use Sonic as the cornerstone in justifying their pricing tactics. I bet people would still buy it, even when they know that Sonic Blast is probably unfairly overpriced.

I wonder if all the Sonic titles will be $4.99? Since Sonic 3D was the worst of the Genesis Sonic games, maybe Sonic & Knuckles will be $5.99? And when Steam does have the other Sonic games, I wonder if they'll be able to connect the first three to S&K?

I have no clue why they are bringing Sega Genesis games to Steam, but they only bring Sonic 3D Blast? The least popular Sonic game made? I don't think it is really a "classic". You want classic, give us ♥♥♥♥en Sonice 1,2,3,and S&K. That's classic.

I wonder why they're selling the severely cut-down Mega Drive version of Sonic 3D. You do know they actually made a native PC version of this game, right? And it's much better than the Mega Drive version.

The PC version is actually a port of the Saturn version... but I agree that it is better than the Genesis version.
Also I have a feeling we won't see the Sonic games yet as I am sure Sega does not want to cannibalize it's Sonic Collection DS sales. |

The PC version has a slightly different special stage to the Saturn version though, the Saturn version is actually superior.
