Verify game integrity, if that doesn't work try totally re-installing CS.

Right click the game in the library.
Properties
Local Files
Verify Integrity of Game Cache (or something along those lines.)

that should have worked. make sure to delete the correct .cfg file, if you are still confused, you can delete all custom content by deleting entire directory <Steam Installation Directory>\steamapps\<username>\counter-strike\

They have modified a configuration file on your computer.

It is either config.cfg or autoexec.cfg.

There is most likely a command (or multiple commands) like ...

bind mouse1 say "visit SERVER NAME, IP ADDRESS"
bind w "visit SERVER NAME, IP ADDRESS"

If you have not done a lot of customization of your configuration files, the easiest way of fixing your problem is this...

Make a backup of the autoexec.cfg and config.cfg until you finish this process and have tested it works. After you have tested it works... Delete the backups.

Delete your autoexec.cfg
Delete your config.cfg

If you have made a lot of customizations to your configs, you could possibly ask someone to look through them for you to help you remove the offending lines.

Good luck.

Gentle

P.S. Also don't play on unsecured servers...
