Morrowind spoilers in Oblivion
I tried searching for the answer to this question both here and through Google and couldn't find an answer: Are there spoilers about Morrowind in Oblivion? I keep meaning to finish Morrowind but am just now getting back to it, and if possible I'd like to play Oblivion simultaneously without learning how MW ended. Can I do this or will I have to do them sequentially to avoid having any suprises ruined? Thanks.

hmm, interesting question.
I would say that Morrowind is mentioned quite a few times in Oblivion, mostly however in the context of books and scrolls. So as long as you don't read those books ingame and just play through the main story I don't think there will be many if any spoilers concerning morrowind. Still I would advice you to play Morrowind first and then Oblivion to be 100% sure nothing will be ruined for you. |

I played Oblivion concurrently with Morrowind, and Morrowind's story wasn't spoiled for me at all. I even read through some of the in-game books, and Selvator's right, if there are any, that's where they will be.

The Morrowind-books in Oblivion are ported over from Morrowind and can be found there everywhere.
There are no spoilers abou Elderscrolls III in Elderscrolls IV. |

Although there was that one time when I hear a rumour in passing regarding the Morrowind player character... Nothing that would spoil the game though, considering that it's a current rumour and Oblivion takes place a few years after Morrowind.
