Not loading textures?

Finally got it, loaded the offline practice...and I can't see anything?

Well, the HUD is there, all the VGUI elements are visible, but the only thing of the world around me that I can see are very faint outlines, like rim hilights or something. When looking through the starting grate or fence (on dustbowl), I see the map geometry, sky, and everything else, just with big black parts in them, as if the base texture was missing.

Here are the errors I'm getting in the console:
Code:
Error: Material "___fillrate_0" uses unknown shader "FillRate"
Error: Material "___debugnormalmap_1" uses unknown shader "DebugNormalMap"
Error: Material "___debugdrawenvmapmask_2" uses unknown shader "DebugDrawEnvmapMask"
Error: Material "___debugdepth_3" uses unknown shader "DebugDepth"
Error: Material "___debugdepth_4" uses unknown shader "DebugDepth"
Error: Material "debug/debugluxels" uses unknown shader "DebugLuxels"
SOLID_VPHYSICS static prop with no vphysics model! (models/props_foliage/grass_02_cluster01.mdl)
then a little later in loading...
Code:
Requesting texture value from var "$basetexture" which is not a texture value (material: dev/bloomadd)
Requesting texture value from var "$basetexture" which is not a texture value (material: dev/no_pixel_write)
Requesting texture value from var "$basetexture" which is not a texture value (material: dev/lumcompare)
I already cache verified, and (accidentally) redownloaded the whole thing. I've tried all manner of graphics settings, but nothing seems to work. I got the headphones (after dying from invisible flames), but I kinda want to actually play...

Same message for me in the console, but I can play just fine EXCEPT that everytime someone dies there is a huge red ERROR sign flying around, lying on the ground. So I constantly see huge error signs lying around. Already verified files and reinstalled, nothing.

I had a different problem, and found another topic that took off instead of this one.

The console error has proved to be nothing. It doesn't affect the game at all.

But the latter part, the error signs...means your missing some models. Maybe gib models. You aren't in a place with censored TF2 are you?

My game is the US version, gibs are all flying around correctly as far as I can see, it seems that just one model of it is not displayed correctly, I'm not sure which one.
What could I do to fix this?

Not sure...could be hats displaying wrong...could be another misc item (headphones, maybe?).

I couldn't tell ya until we knew exactly which model was missing. Then you could just rename a model and texture to the missing bits, and work.

For me, http://i47.tinypic.com/jqolev.png pops up after loading TF2.

Actually I narrowed that down. It only happens on one server, while nobody else has that problem there.
