Usename & Password are in the game folder. Arghhhh*****

OK, so a friend wanted to download the game, instead of downloading it he copied my game folder to his steam account.

This is all pretty normal with steam, but now when my friend plays he automatically logs in as me.

I find this disturbing as I get signed out.

So why is the file in the game folder and what file do I delete to make his account signup happen and stop him logging in as me.

Agreed 100%. Ask your friend to make his own account, but take jiminator's advice as a precaution.

Go into 'Online' in the main menu, then select 'Logout'.

Then he should be ably to get his own account created/logged in.
