If you had your email address saved to your Steam account you can get your email by using the forgotton password choice on login screen and choose forgotton username.

Steam Support

If you don't already have a support account, which has no relation to your Steam account mind you, create one and contact Steam with your problem.

Be prepared to show some kind of proof that the account is yours, though, as they will ask for it.

If you have steam & some games instyalled, just go to it's directory & look in the steamapps folder to find the username of the account(s) installed on that PC.

Follow that, since you know the password.
Look for your steam install & within that will be the steamapps folder. Look for your username on a folder within that.

Just to expand on this, this is the folder you have to look in if Steam is installed and you've logged in at least once before:

...\Steam\steamapps\<your username>\

Otherwise, as I've said before, contacting support is your only option.

you have to start a game that is installed to that folder for that folder to be created.
logging into an account will not create it.
