RA3 Uprising problems

I can't get the game to start. I just get the picture an then it crashes. I have a suspicion it might be because of Windows7 but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It works perfectly on Windows 7 x64, Windows 7 x32, Windows Vista x64, Windows xp x32, at least on my computers. Clean installs, no mods. All OS-es have the latest updates (automatic updates turned on).

Alright, so it's not my OS but that still doesn't answer why it's not working right.
