Dedicated Servers?

Has anyone heard yet whether or not Sniper will have dedicated servers? 12 player multiplayer tells me no, but I'm still hoping.

One of the employees at City Interactive has some youtube videos up. Naturally many comments are asking about dedicated servers and he has responded saying that they will have dedicated servers at launch.

You can download the Dedicated server in steam. You need to have a free account at the top left after you login you will see view under it tools.
You will find it in the tools to download.
