I would have been interested in their pack for $30 but not $80

It's only 10 dollars off the individual price, come the on. that is not a "deal". The whole point of buying the pack is to save a ton.

They did the same thing to The Witcher.

I was also about to buy the 1C complete pack (on the 24th, when the sale started) for $20 but they changed it back to $80 a few minutes later. My guess was they made a mistake by pricing the big pack at -75% along with all the games, after which Valve obviously removed the discount.

That's a shame. I would have bought the complete pack if it was $20. As it is, these games are not collectively worth eighty dollars, especially during an extended series of daily sales when my wallet is being emptied every day to buy much more awesome things.

The Witcher was meant to change, since it was a daily deal. Those last for 24 hours then switch.
I was thinking the same as CynicalNinja about them not understanding to only put each game to 75% off. I too would have bought the collection.
