Restricted to One Machine?

Is this game restricted to one machine? It doesnt seem that your saves get uploaded to Steam. I was playing this on my desktop but thought I could play on my laptop when not at home. Game loads up fine but no saved game. Would be good if the saved game synched with the servers

The game must have Steam Cloud support. Unfortunately, this game does not have it. There aren't that many that do compared to the amount of games on Steam. I hope more games start using it. You can transfer your save file from your desktop to your laptop through a jumpdrive or email.
