Daily deal possibility?

Just wondering if there would be a daily deal on this for july?

I've already got the main game on Impulse/D2D, but I want it on steam instead with all the expacs. $15 is definitely good, but I want to hold out for an even better deal.

If you allready got the full game, don't buy it on steam, as you don't get a cd-key to the game..
Wich means that you cant get support from Paradox entertainment, and Steam don't give support to this game...

Amazon has it for 5.99 and it is the Collection Pack (all dlc plus main game)
