Software Help. Gane auto+shift itelf

Hey, so the problem is as stated above whenever a cinematic ends the game auto+shift itself. I've tried running it on all compability mode and on administrator, none fixed the problem. It also jitters around during loading screens, enough to cause seizure too!
I did at one point reach the main menu but nothing worked.

spec:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

GPU: Asus Mars Limited Edition Dual 295

CPU: Intel Q6600 2.66Ghz

RAM: Dual Corsair TWIN2X 6400C5DHX DDR2, 4096MB
