Options Menu Problems

Just got the game on sale, I had resisted buying it because I had heard it had a lot of compatibility issues (ATI cards, etc..).

I started it up and I have a few problems.
The game started in Windowed Mode, I turned that to FALSE.
No problem.
The problem started in my native display, 1920 x 1200, but it showed 59 hz as my native refresh rate, but this is wrong.
I tried to change it, can't.
I changed to all of the resolutions, and I am never able to get 60 hz. windows and my ati catalyst driver show my refresh rate at 60hz.
Problem.

Next, I can change my graphic detail from LOW to MEDIUM to HIGH to CUSTOM. Sometimes when I flip through I can get a VERY HIGH grphic setting, but then when I accept it its locked at CUSTOM.
I don't know what settings CUSTOM designates as no new custom menu appears, it just goes back to the OPTIONS menu.

Same problem for CONTROLS.
I can select GAMEPAD KEYBOARd/MOUSE or CUSTOm. When I select CUSTOM, I do not get to bind keys? It just ACCEPTS and goes back to the menu.

Please help.

The game seems playable for me, but when controls are on CUSTOM, I can use the mouse but nothing else. I would like to see the button assignments or bind my own if possible, please help.

Can anyone remap buttons on their game, is so how?
What does CUSTOM signify for Graphics Options and Control Options?

Anyone?

To the graphics - on top you have "Advanced", click on it or click "Page Down" button and you can select custom options.

For custom controls, in menu go to controls and click on "Button Controls" or press "page Down" again.

About the refresh rate - I can select 60 Hz, but I don't think there's any difference between 59 and 60.

Thanks a lot, totally worked, I hadn't seen those and didn't think they did anything when I did. WHoops.

I am able to run it at 8x aa with all True settings @ 1920 x 1200, i am surprised, I was expecting a giant fail with my ATI cards, but its great.

Anyway to check FPS in game, is there a console?
