COD Pack Question
I'm tossing up whether to get the COD pack, because I've heard really good things about COD4 and COD5. I know about the Punkbuster issue (you have to turn the overlay off to play multiplayer) but I want to know one other thing.
The keys that you get for the games, are they tied to your Steam account (i.e. Right click > View CD key) and can you install the games and use the keys for multiplayer as many times as you want? Or does it have limits? Oh yes, and is Punkbuster included in the download? Thanks in advance.

punkbuster was included for cod 5 but not 4..
nvm im no sure about the cd keys also if you are running vista or 7, you have to plug something in to the microphone jack for multiplayer in cod 2 and 4 to work |

Plug something in the microphone jack? I've got Windows 7 and CoD4 MP works fine as long as I disable the Steam Overlay.

You can't right click and view cd key but you can go into MP and options>multiplayer options than view cd key or you could do it manually and use the registry.
The CD keys aren't tired to your account so yes you can give away your CD keys. As long as only 1 person is using the CD key at a time. |

Punkbuster is installed with the game. However, when I tried to add the game it just sat there for ages doing nothing.
In the end I went to the punkbuster web site and downloaded it from there. It then installed without problem and I had the latest version. It's up to you to keep punkbuster up-to-date. |
