Game wont install

i just bought this game and i'm jarateed. I download the game, then it does the install. It prompts me on stage 2-3 everytime that it
-cant recognize file version- in some windows files. Then it finishing the install, crashes my computer, and deletes my windows profile.

WTF!

I want a refund. how can you sell a game that wont even install properly. Then crash my computer.

Is there a fix? The Global Agenda site doesn't have any information, just a bunch of flashy images.

Try updating Windows to SP3 if you run XP, or SP2 if you run Vista. After that, look here for the Hi-Rez teh support page on crashes.

Also, try getting an anti-virus scanner. if something keeps deleting your Windows account, you have bigger problems then GA uninstalling, since there is NOTHING in GA that would cause that.
