i would LOVE a game like this but with tetris.... that modifies the game as play some music.

does such game exist?

We are actually experimenting with similar ideas for a 4th game mode. Look for it in a future update

Try out Chime (http://store.steampowered.com/app/62100). It is more like Luminins than tetris, but it adapts the game's music to how you place your blocks. You cannot use your own music, but the songs it comes with are really good, and can keep you interested for quite awhile.
