Game Won't Start

I can't get the game to start. I think it's because I clicked deny on some random thing that popped up the first time I installed it. I've reinstalled it 3 times now and it just will not start nor do I get the prompt I did on the first install. Fix this or refund me.

What exactly happens when you try to run the game?

Did you verify the game cache in Steam?

Go into your graphics control panel (ATI or nVidia) and disable the OpenGL option 'Triple Buffering'
