Really strange bug in TF2

During the Loading screen if I try to switch applications using Cmd + Tab, sometimes I get this weird bug when the OS thinks I just started it up. The Dock shows that nothing is running and my Startup items are launching. The strange part is that TF2, Steam and my other apps are still running, (they can be seen in the Activity Monitor, and I can still hear the sound from TF2) I just cant switch to them. If I try to launch Steam, it says it's already running.

I have the latest MacBook Pro 15" with OS X 10.6.4.

Edit: I just noticed that this is happening every time if the server is changing level.
