Is there a solution to this? I can play games sometimes but sometimes it does this and I dont know why. See if you can help

It might be your graphics card overheating or a driver problem. Check if you have the latest driver for your card. And if that's not the case, check you GPU's temperature when under load, which means when playing a game, preferably MW2 to combat your issue.
