Model models/aliens/drone_gibs/gib_shoulder.mdl not found

and models/error.mdl could not be loaded.

Oh what the hell? Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm getting "Model models/gibs/hgibs.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded."

I've tried verifying the integrity of the cache. Everything checks out.

Any ideas?

Well, I restarted steam and now it wants to update it, I'll see if it fixes it.

Verifying the integrity of cache should fix it.

It works now, I just restarted steam and it updated the game with the missing files.
