No sound crash/lockup fix

I see many people suffering from this. Well I think I have found the solution, and this applies to other games that have a similar problem and also use Open AL for audio.

It seems to be an issue with the X-Ram on X-fi sound cards.

Disable the X-Ram through registry. It worked for me, I was having lockups in BF2 and now mini ninjas. After I disabled the X-Ram through registry everything is fine now.
