Help in tilegen Please.

So I made a layout in tilegen but when I got to play, some corridors lead to just a wall of a room and not where the doors are, like the 2 blue entity things are next to each other yet there will be a wall in a path or like the room is higher than the corridor. Idk its confusing me.
