Computer Crash

I downloaded the game; I meet all requirements and yet amazingly directly after starting the game..It freezes so I restart my computer and now I can't see the screen unless I'm in safemode [which I am in as of now]

How do I get my video back?
After the loading screen for windows it just goes black...help me?
It's done it 2 times after downloading the game 2 times...
