He's talking about people drawing male genitalia on the map at the end of missions.

Blacklisting a server because somebody drew a dong on the map is almost as dumb as thinking the elevator scene is laggy because the map has "laggy here" written on it at the end of the campaign.

Yellow lines on the map are your teammates. If theres something offensive on there, it's you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥bag teammate.
We should maybe have different colored lines for each player, that way we know who to votekick.
