Valve to whitelist commands in the Useful Console Commands sticky?

I thinks commands such as firstperson, asw_camera_shake, asw_hide_marine, asw_controls, etc should be white-listed so that their values can be altered with sv_cheats 0. For games like CS:S where thirdperson requires sv_cheats 1, that's understandable. But needing cheats to play this game in first person? That doesn't really make too much sense IMO

Really? I haven't had that happen to me. Of course, you always have a greater range in FP than TP, due to seeing one way rather than the entire view

I think it's perfectly reasonable to not have FPS setup in the main menu for a third-person game- it's really not designed with it in mind (hello, ceiling?).

Good thing he didn't suggest putting it in the menu, then.
