Any Good? Worth Buying?

I can't find anyone who has played this game, or any reviews of the season as a whole.

Opinions welcome.

I love this game. If you like the www.Homestarrunner.com cartoons then go get it.

If you are still not sure get the demo for Episode 1. It's quite long:

it will be worse than the PC version and it will be more expansive. really for 5$ for all 5 episodes on the PC you cannot go wrong with this.

If you like Strongbad and Point and Click Adventures this game is a must buy.

The writing is excellent, the dialogue between the characters is as awesome as ever, this "season" comes off as 5 of the funniest Episodes of Strongbad and each of them is 2-3 hours long.

Old Skool Homestar Runner/Strong Bad fan, $5 for season 1 is a steal.

Some people don't enjoy the humor, but I'm only 1/2 way through the first game and already bust my gut laughing a few times.

Worth it to me!

Do yourself a favor and skip the WiiWare version, it's really bad compared to the PC version. It has awful framerate problems and also features loading (the PC version really doesn't that I've experienced). Plus, it's $10 per episode on the Wii, so to buy all 5 episodes it would be $50. And to top it off, you cannot fit all 5 episodes onto your Wii's internal memory at once so if you want to keep all 5 your going to have to use the SD card system. It's really a bad experience on the Wii all over: bad framerate, load times, and crazy price.

For 5 bucks on Steam you get all 5 episodes, it's really a steal.

hey, i never really cared much about this game partly because i never really knew about http://www.homestarrunner.com/ . Because of the price, i actually went ahead and download the demo and to my surprise...it had that kind of weird sense of humour that i like! Initially i thought the graphics would suck (looks like a fan made game) but it really wasn't that bad, since it's still in 3D.

I think it's quite a bargain for that kind of price. I think future telltale games would benefit more if they actually integrated steamworks into their games like steam clouds , achivements..i'm definitely buying more if that's the case!

The game is meant to look like a cartoon from the site and I think they really achieved that.
