And that is why nobody plays with vsync ON, because if you have lower update rate then you are essentially lagging (not with latency). And that is why ZBlock enforces 66 fps. If it could enfoce vsync off, then it probably would (dunno, maybe it even can).

And every games has vsync option (drivers have it, so you can force anything to have vsync).

well, there are so many people playing with low fps should we ban them? they are actually lagging.

in old cs were tickrate was 100 it was even more noticeable, and actually having low fps allows good spray.
