Hide/disable "Hours Played"/Playing Time

Hi.

I would like to have the ability to hide my "Hours Played" for the games I play on steam.

It's kinda revolting to see that I've spent 24 hours in L4D2 in the last two weeks with a total of 250+ hours.

Yea, I think there should be an option to disable it from just being shown on your profile.

Thumbs up

I'd like to see this implemented as well.

If it's something you find revolting, then perhaps it's in your best interest to change your lifestyle and spend less time playing games, as opposed to trying to hide from it.

I wouldn't mind the option of simply not displaying that information too. And this has nothing to do with playing games for hundreds of hours a month -- I don't. I rarely play for more than an hour a day, if that (my apparent playing time on Steam is currently 3.6 hrs in the past 2 weeks). But the information is totally pointless as far as I'm concerned and I really don't need to see it.

At the least, the elements on the side of the community page should collapsible.

that would be great.

whenever I show something to my parents on steam, it opens straight to the game library and my parents are disgusted that I spent a week of my life on a game. I would be, too, if it wasn't that I bought the game 4 or 5 years ago.

Agreed. In fact, I don't really care that people can see all the games I've bought either.

I agree, you shouldn't be concerned what others think. If you think you are playing too much... do something else.

this should definitely be implemented. the excuse i make is that i only play tf2 so i have a big gametime, as opposed to spreading it over loads of games. also i idle so its irrelevant to me.

would like to see an option to hide hours played, so others cant see it.

also, would like to organise and list my games in my own order, not have them in alphebetical order or in order of hours played.

its annoying how ppl can look at your profile and see so-and-so game at the top with so-and-so hours and theyd think its your "favorite" game.

more customizations, plz.
