Golden spinnin icon

I got this Golden spinnin icon when i joined a modded server... (I didn't wanted to join the modded server so i left right after i came in it)
Will i get banned for having this iron?

Please answer on my question

You will not get banned for having the gold spinning emblem, nor can you get banned for joining a hacked server.. Period.

restast your CCOUNT OR just a lttile bit if you have a backup
