How/Where to get DLC ?

Has the title says "where do you get the DLC"
as i can't find it on steam anywhere.

Hopefully someone could tell me.

If you haven't got the pre-order package, you cannot get the DLC.

We wanted to reward pre-orderers with "candy on top" of fully functional game, which is balanced and complete without it as the DLC was planned and made after the game went gold.

Lightsleeper i was wondering if you could help me with this
problem i have with the game?
Every time i'm on the game (campaign or freeplay) after a couple
of mins the game starts going slow and the camera starts jumping
around.
i hav'nt really started playing the game because it pretty
annoying. I've updated the nvidia driver and directX but still no
joy. I have no idea what to do? I really want to start playing
the game.

Hopefully you can help me out.
