A.i doing illogical actions / hard mode

Hi , i've been enjoying alot the game . I dont see the time pass ...literally.

So far , the only thing that bogs me is some A.i attitudes .
Not that its too easy/hard . For example the fight against the Yeti was extremely challenging.

Goblin rat keeper . He keeps drinking his Yellow mana potion EVEN if he has yellow mana at maximum.

Also some enemies using weaker weapon over a stronger one although they have 30 more action points. repeatedly

I had one where I was against the Goblin Boss, and I had about 3 HP left, and he had enough action points to use his weapon, which would've killed me (even if I'd have taken only half damage), but he only got 3 yellow gems, allowing me to then win the game. On hard, I do not really expect such stupidity from the AI.
