Multiplayer - Hot Seat?

Does this game feature hot seat multiplayer?

It does feature multiplayer yes, but not necessarily 'hot seat' multiplayer. Each player plays as their selected country and you all play at the same time in real time, you dont take turns.

Getting multiplayer to actually work can be a pain though, just ask if youd like any help.

Aah thanks for the reply I realy should have read the description better. I didn't realise this was a real time game, thought it was more like Civ.

you can make it turn based by pausing :P

when one person in online pauses it does so for everyone.

Since the games can and for me in these Paradox GS games very very long, is there the ability to save a multiplayer game and then pick up again later with the same players using the metaverse service?
