bought borderlands, still unable to play it

I bought borderlands and I'm still unable to install the game. I know that since its on sale there are probably tons of people flooding the servers, but after a full day I still can't even start the download. Anyone else having an issue with borderlands?

Change the download location in steam settings.

Well at least you got that far. My credit card keeps getting declined. Getting really annoying. Did it take you multiple attempts to finally buy it?

I had no trouble, it went through first time (UK)

I finally got it. I had to buy the game and then the DLC. Only problem is the only DLC that would go through was Dr. Ned. So now I have to keep trying to get the other two.

I read this on another thread; if you buy each one separately it works more often. Just thought I would give some other users a heads up in case they already didn't know that.
