Question Can i buy from EA manager thing, and use game in Steam ?

Seriously, EA download thing is Bulls...!
So, its 20$ great deal. Steam is 29$
But community, always can download etc. etc. no doubt Steam is best.

So is there anyway to buy from eastore.ea.com/..../productID.156691300 and use in Steam ?

Nope.

It's up to you if you think the extra $10 is worth it. I think it is.

you can still add it to your steam games list manually. Use the add non steam game button in your games list.

I guess i can add extra stupid things comes with that program and 1 year thing... So non-steam game thing is not necessary.

For what it's worth, i bought BC2 for 13 GBP and downloaded it in Hungary via the EADLM. It maxed out my current 60mbit fibre connection so i don't see how it's bull... also allowed me to activate the limited edition with my standard key, go figure.

How is BS:
Steam is have enough speed to, plus you downloading same game in a year one time or two, so speed is not problem.

Principles. EADL means another account, the main thing is i use steam is i can manage all games in a account. so i dont need dvd crap, other tons of sites account crap etc. If i create another account for EADL that means i can create for impulse discounts etc. In the end of day, i have 10 accounts.
Bad company 2 will be cheaper. Time doesnt matter.

If i buy from EA, i need to pay every year to download. Seriously, whats the point of digital selling then ?

You don't need an account for EADLM, it works with your EA account.

Adding Bad Company 2 as a third party game onto Steam will only get you kicked by Punkbuster so it's not worth to add it like that.

Why they still haven't fixed this error is pretty weird.

I have been playing with it like this for months. Never had a problem. I have the steam overlay turned on as well.

I have also told a few other how to add it and havent heard they had any problems either. Could it be something that was fixed months ago, before i started playing?

Well people had been complaining about it and from what I heard PB devs just said that Valve had to fix the things or rather revert the changes.

Maybe they got around to fix it. If it's like that I will try it myself later.

Yeah PB in COD4 doesn't like the Steam overlay either.
