Help, can't patch to 1.0004

I'm trying to use AMK with my Steam version of STALKER, but it needs my game to be patched to 1.0004.

How the hell do I do this?

Steam auto-updates to 1.0005, not much you can do.
Most mods that worked for 1.0004 should still work.
I'm not 100% sure about AMK though, but look around more, there should be an AMK made for 1.0005

Nope, if you try to use AMK with 1.0005, it crashes when you accept a mission.

And I tried the compatibility patch, it didn't work.

you could try over writing the files with the ones included in 1.4 patch but i dont know if that would work

That's odd, I use OL+AMK on 1.0005 and works fine.
I never tried the old AMK by itself though.
