everywhere i went i grabbed all the sidequests that can be done. after doing main quest for some time i realised that side quests have time limit. i already failed some but i really wanna do all of em still. any command to stop time in console?

Edit2: also no installation notes, what am i supposed to do with that task_manager.ltx file? copy to mods folder?

There should be a gamedata folder in the download. Drop that in the main stalker folder.

I modified the task_manager.ltx file myself and changed it so that the time limits were still there, but extended them to 10 days instead of 1. Later I decided to reduce it to three days as 10 was excessive. The good thing about having at least some kind of time limit is that if there are any side-quests you have no chance of completing and/or don't want to go back to the trader to cancel, they will eventually drop off your PDA as time progresses.

You're referring to SoC, correct?

task_manager.ltx should go here...
gamedata\config\text\eng

If your game is another language then simply put in the language folder under "TEXT" folder; i.e. ENG, RUS, GER, ITA, FRE, etc.

Even if you don't cancel the task manually to end it prematurely, letting the time limit run out will result in a failed task. It's the same thing. It really won't matter though, no reason to worry about it. You can do those side quests over again should you fail them or need to end the task.
