Achievement Broken - Do The Double

Do you know how we can get the achievement "Do The Double" ?
I think this achievement is broken since the last update.
I have won many cups in many league and i never get this achievement.

Do you know if this achievement isn't glitched in a league please ?

A friend and I have the same problem. Can't get it in Denmark, England, Italy, nor Spain.

We can't get it in Scotland and Brazil.

Do The Double
You won a nations top league and cup competitions in the same season

Did you make sure that you are playing in "online mode"?

There is also the possibility that your computer erased the data file as some of the files are stored in a folder that some temporary files cleaners erase depending on your system settings
