Horrific input lag

Anyone else having horrific input lag problems? Keystrokes are being registered seconds after I press them. I alt-tabbed out to type this message and was unable to while the process was running. Keys would get stuck or not register.

Win7 x64 / Radeon 5870 / i7 930 / 6g

have you tried using your mouse or a xbox controller?
works fine for me

Hi Eloquence, thanks for reporting. Anyone else? Maybe you have a wireless keyboard that's running out of battery or something like that. A keyboard that disconnects all the time could have such an effect. What are your usual FPS?

Mouse mode doesn't work at all for me.

It's a wired Logitech G110 keyboard and the issue is only present while the game is running.

If the mouse does not work for you, it looks like the update hasn't come through to you yet. It enables you to select the DirectInput mouse which will work for sure. There's a chance the update will also remove the keyboard issue you are experiencing. The game should not do anything while minimized, not even ensuring input devices are still there, this would suggest a pre-existing problem on your system. But I will look into that one.

Yeah I'm having this issue too.
There's a delay when moving. It sort of starts and stops. It's something with the game because even sending a message to someone in the overlay was having issues. Buttons either wouldn't register, or they would repeat.
For example, I was typing lol, and it game out ll, then when I tried again it came out oooooooooooooooooo.
Seemed to happen with the mouse and keyboard.
