Accidentally set wrong date of birth, how to reset?

I got an age check as usual, but in my haste I accidently clicked go without putting in my birth year. It said I couldn't access this material at this time, seeing as according to steam I'm less than a year old, with the default year being 2010 -_-. Anyone know how long it takes to reset this check?

I don't have a dynamic IP so resettings router won't help.

I've tried clearing history etc

thanks

Overkill. With a browser, clear the cookies. With the Steam client, close it and restart it.
