Silverfall crashes on launch

I have had Silverfall for a while now and have had no issues with it until last night. After crashing for some odd reason I tried to relaunch the game. I get to the starting movie with the image of Monte Cristo and after that the game just crashes. I've searched all over steam and have had no luck with anyone else having the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game once, Defragmented and verified the game's integrity three times. Any help I can get will be great. Thanks.
