Exclamation Sam & Max on Nintendo DS?

Elite Beat Agents, a DS game from 2006. In one mission you have to help a dog named Sam get back to his home, another mission you have to help a cat named Max rescue a baby from getting into mischief at a construction site.

The only two animals you have to help in the game are named Sam & Max. I've been playing this game since 2006 and I just realized this now. Mindf@%$

No sherlock, He was merely implying that the names that were used in EBA could possibly be a reference to Sam and Max.
