rcon password not working with HSLW

i just set up a dedicated server for TF2 at my house through SRCDS, when i go onto HSLW and test the rcon password it wont work. it says failed. now i know the rcon password is correct, and HSLW works on my dedicated server that i rent, so i must be doing something wrong. the only thing i can think of is that the server is behind a router and the ip in the command line is 192.186.1.10 not my actual ip address.

anyone have some insight on this?

what? yes the Ip always the same but did u port forward? if u did it will be diferrent and u can see it on the internet tab with ur External IP

ehh i figured it out i have to view it as a lan server through HSLW.
