Does starting any one of them have the same effect?

I ask as i have had OP for a few years now (steam version) and decided to pick up the original and ToV in this current sale.
I've read above in the sticky that by adding the keys of the other games will unlock all the content and all will be available from the main menu.
I understand this, however does that mean that it doesn't matter which game i launch as they all end up in the same place ie the combined menu?

Yup, launch from any game and you'll have everything unlocked.
