Puzzle Quest 2 is 33% off.

Thanks for the slap in the face to people who pre-ordered and people who bought it on release.

I consider it more of a slap in the face as it is higher than the sale D2D just had. $10 with the sale and use of PAX coupon. Needs to be more competitive.

Still though, PC games go on sale fast, and that is something to always keep in mind. If you are going to find yourself unhappy when titles go on sale, probably best just to wait then regardless, as they will inevitably do so within a month or two.

I wish people would stop complaining about sales. It's been almost a month since release.
Guess what, most games go on sale sooner or later. If you aren't willing to pay full price for the game, then don't. Wait till Christmas or another time when they go on sale. You got a month more gameplay than other people, if it wasn't worth it, keep that in mind for the next new release and wait for a sale.

After a while on Steam you learn to not buy a game unless you wouldn't mind it going on sale a few days later. I pre-ordered PQ2 knowing that it would be on some sort of sale within a month or two, but I still enjoyed it and got my money's worth.

Lol? Welcome to Steam where eventually every game gets put on sale. Enjoy your stay. I want the game but personally will hold out for a better sale and seeing as how fast this one came up after its PC release I'd say it is highly likely.

Oh no, someone call the WHAAAAAAMBULANCE!!!

Seriously, games go on sale eventually, and you've had the ability to play it since day one. If anyone had a right to , it would be me, since I bought the game last night. But guess what: I don't care. Its a good game, $7 isn't really anything to about, and you have had the game to play SINCE DAY ING ONE so its not like you got ripped off.

I bought the game one day before the update that made me completely unable to play the game, at full price :P

A discount on a game whose base price is a measly twenty dollars is a slap in the face?

You're going to be an entertaining one when this year's holiday sale rolls around...

Except this game went on sale literally two weeks after launch. All this sort of thing does is make people who already bought the game regret their purchase.

This game was well worth its full price.
I do not regret pre-ordering this game.

Are you drunk? The game was released on August 12th, I believe that's more than two weeks. And quit whining about a few dollars that got wasted, if you complete the game, that's more than twenty hours of playtime and it's worth any amount you pay when some full-priced "games" only take eight to ten hours to finish.

First, as cake said, it has been more than 2 weeks since launch (its closer to a month, but whatever)

What you obviously missed in my previous post is that you bought on launch day, and got to play the game for 3-4 weeks for $7 more than it would have been had you decided to wait. Obviously, you got your $7 worth in the interim. If you don't like it working out like this, don't buy until something goes on sale.

I'm so getting this. But I still have too many games to play so I'll wait for a 50% offer, hopefully this year.

I'd be amazed if it weren't on sale again during the Holiday sale and most likely for an even lower price.
